National Rally 2022
The 2022 Ulysses Club National Rally will be held in Warwick, Queensland. The Rally runs for 7 days from Monday 4th April through to Sunday 10th April, in South-East Queensland and will be held at the Warwick Showgrounds on the Southern Downs. We have a variety of activities planned including Dinners, Entertainment, organised rides and sightseeing trips including an evening steam train trip with dinner. The Annual General Meeting and Extended National Committee Meeting will be held on site in the super tent.

•Cancellations received after 5pm 4 March 2022 will incur a $30.00 per person cancellation fee.
•Applications for refunds for non-attendance must be submitted to the National Administration office by 5pm 11 May 2022 by email to [email protected]
•No refunds will be provided for Tent City bookings if submitted after 5pm 17 March 2022.
•No refunds will be provided for Dinner bookings if submitted after 5pm 26 March 2022.
•Commemorative Merchandise is no longer available to be ordered.
Please note: Group Bookings - Members who wish to camp together may make a group booking for 2 or more campsites. After each member has registered to attend the Rally, the nominated group leader should send an email to the camping coordinator [email protected] and [email protected] with a preferred booking name and including a list of each person's name and event registration number details.

Volunteer at the National Rally
Without our wonderful volunteers the National Rally would not be possible and would not run smoothly, this year we have an online volunteer portal which is now open.
You can register to volunteer on this portal and complete your induction training online at the same time for your convenience. You can also declare your qualifications for tasks such as first aid, CPR, forklift ticket etc. You can roster yourself for tasks and the times that suit you, as well as managing your availability if your plans change. First Aid Courses will be available at the National Rally by the owner/operator of OCD Training, Assessing & Consulting who will be at the Ulysses Club National Rally in Warwick conducting Nationally Recognised First Aid Training. A First Aid Statement of Attainment (HLTAID011— Provide first aid) will be issued after the successful completion of the course and sent via email. Alf Carpenter - Second Generation ANZAC
We have been able to secure the first screening of a documentary following the premiere screening which is scheduled for 30 March in Brisbane.
The documentary will screen on 6th April at 7.00pm at the Warwick Showgrounds in the Supertent.
We have the film maker presenting the doco and will do a short talk about the project of capturing the stories of diggers while they can still tell them.
We also have the author of a book on the Battle for Crete where Alf served at the screening and she will be donating an autographed copy of the book. Alf is 104 and going well.

Can I post parcels to and from the rally?
Yes you can. We have a parcel pickup at the rally site. Just address the parcel to:

You can also post a parcel home and on Sunday 10th the Warwick Post Office will be open from 9.00am to 12.00 noon for your convenience
What Registration Passes are available?
There is a 7-day pass and a 3-day pass. The 7-day pass is from Monday 4 April through to Sunday 10 April 2022 and the 3-day pass is from Thursday 7 April through to Sunday 10 April.
Is there camping onsite?
Camping on site is available, for Tents, RV, and Caravans. Rental tents (ready to occupy with 2 stretcher beds with mattresses, 2 Chairs and 1 Lantern) are also available.
Are there medical campsites?
There are medical campsites available which will have access to power. As per previous Rally and AGM events, you will be required to provide a medical certificate to access the powered medical campsites.

Is there public transport from the Rally site?
The local bus service runs with a bus stops just 400m to 700m from the Rally site but services are limited.
Where is the AGM being held?
The Annual General meeting will be held on-site in the Super Tent. If you are not registered for the Rally but still wish to attend the AGM, there will be arrangements in place to escort you into the AGM.
Where is the Extended NatCom meeting (ENM) being held?
The Extended NatCom meeting will be held on-site in the Super Tent. If you are not registered for the Rally but still wish to attend the AGM, there will be arrangements in place to escort you into the ENM.
Where is the Road Safety Forum being held?

“What about COVID?”
As of right now, the Queensland Government mandates that members must use the Queensland Checkin App and must be fully vaccinated under conditions that include our type of event. This means that any person unable to provide evidence of vaccination will not be admitted.
A Queensland Government Health Officer has confirmed that registrants must be vaccinated and must complete Covid check in and provide evidence of vaccination status. Check in for the rally will be required once only. All attendees at the AGM Dinner will however be required to check-in again at the super tent and provide evidence of vaccination. Members attending the AGM only will need to check in and provide proof of vaccination.
